WhatsApp will add new Payment Option in App : Online Transaction via WhatsApp App

Whatsapp Payment Option will be available soon for it's users. Now WhatsApp user will be able to  make online payment through WhatsApp. According to the latest reports, WhatsApp will provide a payment feature with the Application through UPI(United Payment Interface) pin. WhatsApp has promised that this new Payment feature will be available soon for everyone . National Payment Corporation has approved the service for WhatsApp.

Although the Payment Service will available only for 20 million. There more 400 million WhatsApp users in India. NPCI has announced that only 30% cap will be implemented for third party payment App on total volumes of payment. The Third Party UPI apps will be get 2 years to comply with the terms and conditions. 
Now, Users can easily set up their account in few steps to use this services. To use this service make sure that you have udated WhatsApp application on latest version of Android and iOS Platform.

How to Setup your account on WhatsApp for payment :

Step 1 : Open Your WhatsApp Application and tap the three dotted icon, available at the upper right corner.

Step 2 : Go to the Payments and tap the option "Add Payment Method". 

Step 3 : Now you will get a List of Banks, Select your bank and fill your linked number with bank account to be verified ( Note that your WhatsApp number should be same to the linked mobile number to your bank account).

Step 4 : When the mobile number verification process will be complete then you  need to setup payments.

Step 5 : To setup payment , You need to setup UPI pin to complete transaction. Now you will able to make online payments.

Step 6 : To Make payment, Open the chat in to make payment and select the attachment option.

Step 7 : Now select the payment option and add the amount which you want to send.

Step 8 : To complete this payment process enter your UPI pin . Once the Payment process will complete you will get a confirmation message.
